Governors
Only a former president or a former member of the Board, in recognition for its past contribution, can, if accepts, be appointed by the Board. He can attend the meeting of the Board as an advisor without a right to vote. (Art. 3.5.1)
Presently, six members have received the title of governor, including three former presidents : Marius (1983-1994), Germaine (1994 -1999) et André (1999-2012).
